ScL Feature

Overview

ScL Feature is a header-only C++20 module providing a composable wrapper type that adds orthogonal features to any user-defined type without modifying it. It is part of the ScL Toolkit.

Quick start

Include the umbrella header and link against the CMake target:

target_link_libraries(your_target PRIVATE scl::feature)

Features

• Wrapper — scl::wrapper<Value, Tools...>, a composable adapter with orthogonal tool-based features.
• Executors (ScL Feature Executors) — built-in executor strategies: inplace::plain (direct) and inplace::uninitialized (raw storage).
• Type traits (ScL Feature Type Traits) — is_wrapper, is_executor, and related metaprogramming utilities.
• Concepts (ScL Feature Concepts) — C++20 concepts such as concepts::wrapper and concepts::executor.
• Locking utilities (ScL Locking Utilities) — wrapper_guard, wrapper_lock, and value_lock for RAII access to wrapper chains.
• Cast (ScL Wrapper Cast) — wrapper_cast() lazy-locking cast proxy for uniform access through wrapper and plain value references.
• Reflection (ScL Feature Reflection) — SCL_REFLECT_TYPE / SCL_REFLECT_METHOD macros and reflect mixin for compile-time proxy-member generation.
